Shell entrepreneurship program extends registrations

Registration for the Shell Youth Initiative program now runs until April 15th. It’s your chance to develop your own business in the first half of this year.

The Shell Youth Initiative is a free, online acceleration program aimed at young people between 20 and 34 years old, residing in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo.

Acceleration is aimed both at those who only have an idea for a business and want to get it off the ground and at those who already have their business operating and are looking for growth and evolution.

The initiative is one of the most recognized entrepreneurship programs in Brazil. At the end of the journey, the entrepreneur can still obtain the Shell Young Initiative Sustainable Enterprise Seal, which allows access to unique opportunities through the Program’s network.

Goals

The purpose of the Shell Youth Initiative 2024 is to select proposals and businesses that contribute to socio-environmental development. Furthermore, it seeks to provide entrepreneurial training for these initiatives and foster a favorable environment for the culture of entrepreneurship; stimulate the creation and consolidation of new businesses, increase the survival rates of companies in an increasingly competitive market and stimulate interaction with the production sector.

Purpose

According to the program, by investing in young entrepreneurs with innovative and sustainable projects, they are also investing in the country’s socioeconomic development and promoting solutions to global challenges.

Target Audience

The program supports businesses and ideas in any segment of the economy and is designed for those who have already completed high school, are within the required age range, have entrepreneurial behavior and mentality and are available to participate in Shell Youth Initiative 2024 activities for a period of three to four months.

Benefits

The selected businesses or ideas will have access to a network of mentors, workshops, and training to develop skills and assist in the preparation and execution of projects.

Participation in the Shell Youth Initiative 2024 is free and proposals will be accepted from individuals, whether or not they have a formalized enterprise, individually or in partnership, whose objective is to develop solutions with socio-environmental themes.

Registration will be carried out exclusively through the website, through registration and complete completion of the registration form by the participant.

Applications or documentation sent by any other physical means or by email will not be accepted.

Don’t leave it until the last moment! Registration closes on April 15th, at 6 pm, Brasília time.
