Lupa do Bem and Sherlock Communications receive honors and certified for their actions
In March, the Entom Universal Boxe (EUB) group honored the Lupa do Bem with the honorable motion “Coração de Atleta” (Heart of Athlete), in recognition of the relevant services rendered to society. The award was presented by the founder and president of the organization, the boxer referee Etrom Souza.
Founded in 2015, Etrom Universal Boxe operates in the city of Mesquita, in Baixada Fluminense, region in Rio de Janeiro, with the objective of promoting boxing, sports in general and culture in its community. Etrom Souza also stands out as Brazilian Champion of reverse walk (mode in which participants walk backwards), as well as visual artist and coach.
In addition, Lupa do Bem received two certificates for the years 2024 and 2025 from the Instituto Rio Eco Pet, with which it maintains an important partnership. As part of this collaboration, a plastic cap collector was installed at the office concierge in Rio de Janeiro, allowing anyone to contribute, as long as the materials are clean.
After collection, the caps are delivered to the institute, which sells them for recycling. The amount collected helps the Rio-based organization in actions that prevent inappropriate waste disposal, reduce the environmental impact, support the care of vulnerable animals, and aid in controlling the population of stray dogs and cats.
Between 2024 and 2025, an average of 34,000 plastic caps were collected, totaling 102 pounds.
Human Rights and Diversity
Sherlock Communications, creator of Lupa do Bem, had the honor of being recognized in the 7th edition of the Selo de Direitos Humanos e Diversidade (Seal of Human Rights and Diversity), awarded by the Secretaria Municipal de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania da Prefeitura de São Paulo (Municipal Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship of the City of São Paulo).
This seal aims to highlight good practices and encourage policies of inclusion, equity and diversity in companies, public agencies, civil society and collective organizations, contributing to the elimination of all forms of discrimination in the municipality.
With these honors, recognitions and certificates, Lupa do Bem reinforces its commitment to social impact and invites everyone to engage in causes that contribute to a fairer, solidarity and less inequality.
